Cat 2 _ $30.00 $250.00 _ Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $30/month. Large pets (31-100 lbs) are $50/month. Monthly pet rent is per pet. The one-time fees are $250 for pets 30 lbs or less, $450 for pets 31-100 lbs.
Dog 2 _ $30.00 $250.00 100 Maximum of 2 pets per home with a combined weight of 100 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
